The client's Real Estate Project Managers approached our team for support with this strategic building exit.


The brief being to work through building decommissioning options and provide a flexible phased plan that aligned with the pace of the clients exit and relocation to another site.


Our role involved providing plant, labour and specialist trades to systematically decommission this space. This project included removing Catwalk racking systems, buildings services and tenants improvements and returning the building to the landlord in a safe and secure condition.
