Dilapidations Scheme 2 - East London

Following the success of a previous scheme, our team were asked to support with this strategic building exit.


This was an extremely challenging scheme with a complex building layout, over multiple floors and fire compartments. Again, the solution needed to be flexible and keep pace with the clients building exit.


The project required the support of a number of service and engineering specialists, working in unison with our decommission team to keep the space functional and safe during the clients occupancy, and phased exit strategy.
