Racking surveys and efficiency studies

The UK Storage Installations Ltd team have a wealth of experience in the industrial and logistical marketplace. We work with our clients to find the best racking solutions in terms of efficiency and optimising space usage. We love installing racking, but sometimes we find a reconfiguration path provides a more economic solution, and reflects how a business dynamic can change. We are happy to discuss and work out the options.

Racking relocations

If you are looking to relocate premises and a reconfiguration solution doesn't work, then we can support this transition period. Our dedicated team will meet with you to discuss the logistics and programming, whilst ever conscious of potential continuity of business requirements. We will carefully dismantle warehouse racking systems, mezzanine floors and other warehouse equipment and relocate as required.

Racking inspections and maintenance

All storage systems and equipment will inevitably suffer damage, even with fully-trained warehouse operatives. This damage, if left unattended, may cause collapse - effecting business continuity, having a financial impact, but, more importantly, result in injury or loss of life.

Warehouse dilapidations services

If you are thinking of leaving a building, whether owned or leased, there is a strong likelihood that project will involve a dilapidations element. We have supported many businesses in this process, including the removal of racking, stripping-out services and associated building repairs.

Project management

As with all projects, planning is key to success. Our team are happy to take the lead or work under the direction of client-appointed project management teams. The team has a wealth of project experience and is conversant with all Health and Safety requirements. To further our client experience, we are comfortable to undertake a Principal/Main Contractor role.
